Chardonnay was introduced to Tacama during the 90's, directly from France. Doña Ana is the result of years of adaptation to this "terroir" and the intense process selection in the vineyard and wine cellar. Fermented and aged in French oak. Color: intense yellow. Nose: complex with peach, toasted and vanilla aromas. Palate: mouth-filling and excellent balance.
MARIDAJE: Ideal with fish, white meat and soft cheeses. Taste it at 12ºC.
